Food & Beverage
All food and beverage must be consumed on the premises and purchased solely through the Bali Hai Restaurant and The Happy Talk Lounge.
Menu Prices
Our menu prices and prices for other services may increase without notice. We do not guarantee the actual price for your menu or other services until 60 days before your event.
Event Planning
We require your menu selection and minimum attendance guarantee, as well as, all the details of your event to be finalized at least 3 business days in advance of your event date.
Minimum Food & Beverage
A minimum food and beverage requirement is established for each function based on the day, date and time of the event. Your event planner is happy to answer any questions you may have about the food & beverage minimum.
Liquor Law
Should we deem it necessary, we reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any guest. No alcoholic beverages will be sold after 12:00 AM.
Cake Cutting Fee
We will cut and serve your cake for $2.00 per person, plus 18% service charge and 4.166% sales tax.
Service Charge
An 18% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges. Hawaii state sales tax is calculated on the total of all food charges, including service charge.
Deposit & Payment
30% of estimated event total is required as a deposit with a signed contract; balance is required at end of event. NOTE: No charge for cancellation up to 72 hours preceding event. Canceling after 72 hours will result in the 30% deposit being deducted from your credit-card.
Final Bill
A complete itemized bill will be available for your review shortly after the conclusion of your event. If you are not able to review the bill at that time you agree to accept our counts for actual number of guests and liquor and wine consumption.
Damages
We reserve the right to inspect and control all private functions. The host of the event is held responsible for the members of their group. The host will be charged for any damages. Signs, posters, banners, etc. may not be tacked or taped to the wall.
Liability
We can not assume responsibility for the personal property or equipment brought into the function area. Personal property or equipment must be removed from the function room at the end of each day unless reserved on a 24-hour basis.
