Quintus Resorts, LLC, a vacation ownership company based in Minden, Nevada, has purchased the majority of units at Hanalei Bay Resort on Kauai, Hawaii. Hanalei Bay Resort, an Interval International designated five-star resort, is located in Princeville Resort on the island of Kauai. The 87, one-, two- and three-bedroom units were purchased from Hanalei Bay International Investors. Hanalei Bay Resort has a total of 137 units. The Hanalei Bay Resort will be managed by Quintus Vacation Management, LLC.
