Aloha Owners & Guests,

Mahalo for choosing Hanalei Bay Resort as your home-away-from-home and vacation destination! In our constant efforts to beautify and improve the Resort, we want to inform you of some of our current and upcoming projects.

Common Area (AOAO) Projects & Improvements

• Cable service will be discontinued at the resort effective December 31, 2025. After the New Year, all Guests can access content by utilizing our new Smart TVs (VOA units only) and logging into the streaming services they already subscribe to. We encourage anyone with a reservation to bring their User ID and password information with them to allow for an easier login to applications upon arrival. The Smart TVs are equipped with Samsung TV Plus app that provides access to local news channels at no cost, however does NOT include major networks such as CBS, CNN, ESPN, FOX, or NBC. The resort does not provide access to additional paid streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, HBO, Hulu, etc. Owners and Guests must use their own personal accounts for any streaming services they wish to access.

• There will be an upcoming power interruption scheduled for January 12 and January 13, 2026, as well as January 26 and January 27, 2026 due to several electrical transformers being replaced onsite. The power will be off resort-wide on those days, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with the exception of a generator powering the Clubhouse/Front Desk areas. Please note: the Resort’s Wi-Fi will be unavailable during the power interruptions.

As with all repair and renovation projects, it is our goal to adhere to the aforementioned schedules; however, they are subject to change.

Mahalo for your understanding and cooperation.
