What are your hours of operation?

The tennis courts are open daily from 8:00am until 6:00pm.

 

Is a reservation required for court usage?

Yes, court reservations are required prior to arriving to the courts.

 

What is the best way to make a reservation?

Please download the Playbypoint app from your mobile device. Registered Resort Owners & Guests can request membership verification on the Playbypoint app.

Is there a fee for court usage?

There is not a fee if you are staying at Hanalei Bay Resort. Court time is complimentary to registered Owners and Guests.

If you are not a registered Guest at Hanalei Bay Resort, and are interested in playing with us, you are required to be a member to utilize the Tennis and Pickleball facilities. Membership can be acquired on the Playbypoint app.

 

Is there a fee for equipment rentals?

Tennis rackets are available to rent. All rackets are $20 for 48 hours. You may borrow a sleeve of used tennis balls at no extra charge or purchase a new can of Wilson US Open balls. Owners and Guests are also welcome to bring their own equipment.

 

What type of court surfaces does Hanalei Bay Resort offer?

We have six (6) Tennis and six (6) Pickleball courts in an unparalleled scenic setting. Four of the six Tennis courts are Nova Pro synthetic grass, which offers players the comfort of a softer court. The other two Tennis courts and six Pickleball courts are the traditional hard courts with the US Open blue and green acrylic surface.

 

Are towels offered to players?

Yes, fresh towels are available.

 

Is water available when playing?

Yes, we have refillable water stations nearby. However, we encourage you to bring your own water bottle.

 

Is there a dress code?

Yes, tennis attire and shoes are required on the courts at all times.

 

Do you offer private and/or group lessons?

Yes, private and group lessons can be scheduled 7 days a week from 8:00am – 6:00pm. Please contact our Tennis Pro Mary Hannsz for additional information, (808) 821-8225 or email mary@hanaleiracquetsports.com. For group clinics, sign up is required through the Playbypoint app.
