Great location of the resort itself. Rooms very clean. Our unit has very little view. But it’s quiet like we asked for. So I will take it over the noise of other guests.

Excellent location and a beautifully maintained resort with two swimming pools and tennis courts. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. We also loved the beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. Good value for money. Approximately 30 minutes by car to the starting point of the Kalalau Trail.

Dishwasher in 3301 has had issues the past 2 years during our stay. Bubbles overflowing. Reduced soap to a tablespoon or less. No more bubbles, but all dishes weren't always clean.

You may not be able to buy a $25 Mai Tai at the pool, but if that doesn't bother you this place is the best. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly. You become part of the Ohana. Then when you see the views you will be blown away. The gardens and grounds are meticulously maintained. You share the beach with the $1,000+ per night One Hanalei Bay.

Everything is wonderful there. Maybe a second exercise bike, but there isn't very much room for that in the gym.

Resort has nice property in a nice area. Not very satisfactory service in on-site restaurants, and they have closed days. I do know how hard it is to get half descent staff these days so that could be understandable. I also wore one of my few nice shirts on the last night there. I'm pretty certain I must have left it in the closet as it never made it home. I called on the Monday, we checked out Friday, and no one had seen it, and I stopped by and sent a photo of it. Still, it hasn't been seen.

Mostly fantastic, a few things that could be improved:
- we found 3 cockroaches in the apartment during our stay. The apartment was cleaned after we found the first one.
- would be great to have the room cleaned more often and towels changed during the summer when it’s so humid.
- hoping you install a pool heater one day!
